Refund Policy
Please READ CAREFULLY before deciding to book an appointment!.
(1) Cancellations must be via Email lisawoodham@hotmail.com
(2) If more than 48 hours notice of cancellation to your booked appointment time has been given. The full amount will be returned and credited to your nominated Bank Account. Please be aware that we ask for 48 hours or more notice of cancellation to replace lost booking. And we shall endeavor to return all owed monies as soon as possible given different Banking Institutions and their scheduling.
(3) If less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. A $50.00 administration fee will be held and the remaining amount credited to your nominated Bank Account.
(4) If 24 hours or less cancellation notice is given, there will be NO REFUND RETURNED.
Rules for the reading session
(1) All readings are one person only.
(2) Please be mindful that I am in contact with a lot of people. If you have the Flu, Cold or Gastro please do not show up. Make contact and I will rescedule you in for a later date or refund.
(3) All Phone and Skype Readings must be paid in full prior to the reading or it will not go ahead.
(4) You are more than welcome to record if you wish too. You must provide your own voice memo device.
(5) No person younger than 16 years old
(6) Please be respectful I will reserve the right to refuse a reading
(7) Please be on time, if you have booked in for an hour and show up 20 minutes late you will receive what remaining time you have left of your scheduled hour. I will not go over time as there are other appointments.
(8) The timer will go off 5 minutes prior to the ending of the reading. This will give time to close the reading and finish up. Do not continue asking questions once the timer has gone
